Mr. Naresh Kumar is the managing director and one of the promoters of NKC Projects, with over two decades of experience in the road construction industry. He has been on the board of directors since the incorporation of NKC, playing an instrumental role in its growth. His role involves looking after the strategy, policy formulation, and liaising with various government departments. He also overlooks other processes, including tendering and planning. He has led NKC to complete large valued projects of considerable importance, including state and national highways.

Smt. Premwati is the promoter and director of the company.

Mr. Rohit Kumar Gupta is the whole-time director and one of the founding members of NKC Projects, having more than 20 years of experience handling the finance & accounts division. He looks after the vision, mission, strategy, and execution for NKC. Over the years, Mr. Rohit has closely monitored and controlled finances for all the projects undertaken. He also plays a crucial role in developing new businesses, tendering processes, and executing contract agreements with the employers. His profound knowledge of finance has proved essential in attracting investors and bankers for finances.

Mr. Jai Kumar Garg is an independent non-executive director of the company. He is a chartered accountant, having an experience of more than 35 years in the banking sector, serving as the chairman & managing director in Corporation Bank and executive director in UCO Bank. Under his guidance, Corporation Bank developed digitalization and various new products for loans. He brings on board his in-depth experience in finance raising, investing, and returning third-party capital across several economic cycles.

Mr. Rajendra Singh Yadav is an independent non-executive director of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from Madhav Rao Scindia Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Yadav has previously served as the Executive Director of Ircon International Limited (A Government of India Undertaking) and has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. He has successfully led large-scale, complex projects, managing national and international road, bridge, and highway initiatives at Ircon International Limited (A Government of India Undertaking) and National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (A Government of India Enterprise). Currently, he serves as a director on the board of R R Maidaan Private Limited.
